Earlier this year, MobileDigital proudly achieved the status of an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Our innovative application, "intouch," serves as an extension to the mobile marketing facets of Marketing Cloud and its MobileStudio modules. The Salesforce ISV program aims to meet their customers' unique requirements by addressing the occasional mismatches between their platform's offerings and market demands. Salesforce aptly labels this disparity as "whitespace." It's here that "intouch" steps in, bridging the gap and providing Marketing Cloud users with capabilities previously unavailable within the app, such as highly personalized MMS, Visual Design, Wallet, Push and Update, mCommerce, Promotional Campaigns, Loyalty and Gifting all sent direct to mobile.
